Lenten soup "piece of cake"
2 petiole celery
1-2 thin carrots
1 turnip
1 onions
greens
Chop onion, cut into strips celery, put in boiling water.
Circles slice the carrots, place in soup, diced or julienne cut turnip, put in the soup last.
Add to soup, Bay leaf, if desired salt.
Before serving in the Lenten soup "piece of cake" add the chopped parsley.
