Lenten soup with bread
400 g stale bread
2 onions
2 potatoes
1 garlic clove
? lemon (juice)
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
salt
1 l water
RUB the garlic, combine the bread, cut into cubes.
The water of salt, bring to a boil, add the bread, cut into small diced potatoes, chopped onions, cook until cooked all the vegetables.
Before serving in vegetable soup with bread to the butter, lemon juice and chopped parsley.
