Soup with bread and egg in Italian
100 g rye or wheat bread
40 g butter

30 g cheese
10 g green onions
1 egg
0.5 l broth
salt
Bread cut into slices, sprinkling grated cheese, put the pieces of bread layers, pour the warmed broth.
Finely chop the onion, fry in butter, add the bread, cover and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Add to soup egg, stirring constantly, bring the soup to a boil.
