Bread smeared with butter and lightly fry in a pan. On each piece, put a slice of cheese, cover the pan with a lid and fry until then. until cheese begins to melt.

Each piece of bread put in a soup plate, top drive on a wet egg and pour in the boiling broth to the egg.

Ready soup sprinkled with chopped parsley.
