Potato soup
2 potatoes
400 g stale bread
1 garlic clove
2 onions
? lemon (juice)
1 l water
salt (to taste)
Slice the bread cubes. RUB the garlic, and combine it with the bread.
Bring water to a boil, add salt, add the chopped potatoes, onions and bread with garlic.
Cook until the vegetables are just tender.
Add oil and lemon juice, sprinkle with herbs and serve.
