Lean potato snack in Greek "Skordaliya"
4 potato tuber
3 cloves of garlic
1 Art. l. lemon juice
vegetable fat
5 a mixture of peppers
salt
Potatoes are cleaned, cut into small cubes, boil until tender about 25 minutes in boiling water, put in a colander to drain the fluid, then grind in a blender or potato tolkushkoy to the consistency of mashed potatoes.
Drizzle with butter sauce, whisk again.
Add lemon juice, pepper and salt, beat.
Served lean potato snack in Greek "Skordaliya" as a sauce, spread on bread, or post to the vegetables.
