Boil the potatoes, drain and clean the potatoes hot. Add to mashed potatoes yolks, butter, nutmeg, pepper, mix well and beat.

In a pastry bag to put potato mixture, shaped nozzle to spread the potatoes in the form of pyramids on the pan greased with margarine.

Bake potatoes until golden brown at 200 degrees.
