Cabbage leaves chopped and simmer for 5-10 minutes, until they are soft. Strain and leave to dry. In the same water cook the potatoes and cook mashed potatoes with butter. Mix the mashed potatoes with cabbage, form balls and fry in oil or bake in the oven. Use the broth for cooking vegetable soup.
