Lean mashed potatoes
2 onions
1-2 carrots
1 kg Potato
1.5 glass potato broth
vegetable fat
greens
pepper
salt
Peel and cut each potato into 3-4 pieces, put in a saucepan, cover with water, add salt, bring to a boil, then reduce the flame and cook the potatoes for about 20 minutes until tender, drain the water in a separate bowl.
Mash the potatoes tolkushkoy, finely chopped onions, rub on a coarse grater carrots, fry them, add salt, add chopped herbs, mix well.
Add potatoes in broth (gradually), while whipping mashed mixer.
Add to lean mashed potatoes vegetables, stir and serve.
