100 g steam veal or beef, or lean lamb

2 potatoes

1 onions

1 Bay leaf

1 pinch of salt (by year)

Put the meat in a saucepan with water, bring to boil, drain the first broth, pour hot water and boil for at least an hour, then add peeled potatoes, whole onion peeled.

Boil all together for 10 minutes, remove the onion, put the Bay leaf and salt (if the child is over a year), cook another 5 minutes, remove the meat and potatoes of the broth.

Grind in a blender, adding the required amount of broth, meat and potatoes - mashed potatoes-meat is ready!
