Goulash
Ingredients:
1 kg beef (shank or blade)
2 bulbs
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
200 ml beef broth
400 g canned peeled tomatoes
3-4 potatoes
olive oil is the first pressing
a piece of butter
flour
salt
Method of preparation:
Chop the onion and fry in a pan with olive and butter for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the meat into pieces and roll in flour.
To put the meat to the onions and allow to soak up flavor. Once the meat will change color, add the paprika. Cook for a few minutes.
Then add peeled canned tomatoes, pour the broth, add salt, invited the fire and cook, covered for at least 1.5 hours.
After an hour add the coarsely chopped potatoes.
To cook all the time on low heat until until the meat is tender.
