Ingredients:

1 chicken 1 kg, cut into 10 pieces
50 g bacon, diced
1 stalk celery
1 carrot
1 onion
30 grams of dried porcini mushrooms
1/2 glass of red or white wine
1 Bay leaf
800 g canned peeled tomatoes
olive oil is the first pressing
salt and black pepper

Method of preparation:

Prepare the vegetables. Wash and dice the celery, carrots and onions coarsely chop. Pour the dried mushrooms with warm water and let them soak for 10 minutes, then squeeze them and strain the water in which they were soaked. Heat a pan with 5 tablespoons of olive oil, add chopped vegetables and bacon and gently fry for 4-5 minutes.

Put the roasted vegetables in a separate bowl and leave on time. RUB the chicken pieces with salt and fry them for 4-5 minutes, turning constantly, until they become a Golden color. Add vegetables, mushrooms and Bay leaf. Mix well, add the wine and let it evaporate.

Wipe peeled tomatoes and add them to the chicken. Pour about a ladle of water in which were soaked mushrooms. Try, if you will desolate and pepper and cook over low heat, covered for about 45-50 minutes. To taste the tomatoes was not scored overall dish, you can add a teaspoon of sugar. If the sauce is too liquid, remove the lid for 5-10 minutes. Remove Bay leaf. As a side dish to the chicken-hunting can submit polenta or mashed potatoes.
