Mashed potatoes with meat and carrots
50 g Veal
? glass milk
? carrots
1 h. l. flour
1 h. l. butter
Boil until cooked meat, carrots cleaned and boiled.
Combine meat with carrots, 2 times twist in a meat grinder.
Add the flour to the cold milk, dilute it.
Add flour mixture to the carrot and meat weight, boil for 5 minutes over low heat, remove the meat and mashed carrots from heat and add butter.
