Baby souffle with chicken "Tenderness"
300 g chicken cooked pulp
2 eggs
1 boiled carrots
1 glass cream
2 Art. l. breadcrumbs
1 Art. l. ghee
1 Art. l. butter
1 h. l. wheat flour
Preparation of sauce: dry flour, dilute part of the cream and cook for 5-7 minutes until thick, rub through a sieve boiled carrots.
The flesh of chicken twist in a meat grinder 2-3 times, combine with eggs, butter, sauce, whisk, gradually pouring cream and salt.
Form for baking grease melted butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, pour mass, alternating it with the carrot mixture, bake a souffle at 220 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Before serving, cut baby chicken souffle "Tenderness" a la carte pieces, garnish with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables.
