Meat souffle
Required Products:
500 g beef pulp
500 g pork pulp
1 glass milk

2 onions - head
50 g smoked bacon
2 Art. l. wheat flour
2 glass sauce "Mayonnaise"
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
salt
ground black pepper
11 pcs. egg
Meat mince, pour the milk and leave for 1 hour.
Add the browned onions in butter, chopped bacon, flour, 3 raw eggs, salt, pepper and stir.
In a greased form, place half of the meat mass, put 8 hard boiled eggs on top, close the remaining mass.
Form put on a baking sheet with water and place in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
Ready souffle, remove from the mold, cut into portions, complete your greens. Separately post sauce
