Meat pie "Rabbit house"
100 g meat
5-7 cabbage leaves
1 egg
? glass milk
? glass water
1/8 onions
2 tsp. butter
salt
The meat is boiled until cooked, grind in a meat grinder with onions.
Finely chop the cabbage, pour hot water, simmer for 15 minutes on slow fire.
To add to the cabbage butter, meat, chilled milk ? beaten eggs, add salt, stir, put all in a greased form, sprinkle top with flour, brush with the second half of the eggs, mixed with a small amount of milk, to remove half an hour in the oven.
Served meat casserole "Rabbit house" with tomato sauce or sour cream, sprinkled with herbs.
