Chicken meat
1 pcs. Egg
The flesh is white bread
3 Art. l. Milk
1 Art. l. Butter
Boil in unsalted water chicken. Then passes it through a meat grinder.
Crumb of white bread soaked in warm milk (1-2 tablespoons). Mince meat and bread once more, mix with a mixer. Beat egg whites. Add to the mix the yolk, pour in the milk, egg, butter and just a little salt (you can even add chicken broth).
