Meatballs of chicken with herbs
100 g Chicken;
20 g Crumb of white bread;
Half yolk
5 ml Vegetable fat
A few sprigs of dill and parsley
2 ml Saline solution 25%
Bread to soak in water, add to it the chicken and all together to pass through a meat grinder with frequent bars. Dill and parsley finely charge and with yolk, vegetable oil and salt and add to the chicken fillets. Beat with a mixer and a lot of balls forming (each with enough mass teaspoon), put them in an enamel bowl half filled with water. Cook over low heat or in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
