Pellets of potatoes and chicken "Delicious dinner"

100 g chicken

3 potatoes

1 egg

1 a slice of white bread

2-3 tbsp. milk

1 tbsp. flour

vegetable oil

Soak the bread in milk, then squeeze.

To cook in a meat grinder or blender beef and chicken, mix it with bread, roll the mixture into balls.

Clear, on a small grater, grate the potatoes, squeeze the juice, to enter the flour and egg, stir the potato dough.

To mould from potato dough bread, put inside the meat balls and roll.

To prepare pellets of potatoes and chicken "Delicious dinner" on a baking sheet greased with butter, cover with foil so that it is not stuck to the beads at a temperature of 180-200 degrees for about 15 minutes, after which the foil to remove, bake for another 15 minutes
