Soup "Royal"
600 g chicken
100 g wheat bread without crust
4 glass chicken broth
6-8 PCs sweet almond
salt (to taste)
Fry chicken, then separate the fillet from the bones and place it in the boiling broth, add salt.
Cook the fillets for about 15-20 minutes, then remove, cool and skip together with the almonds and bread soaked in broth through a meat grinder. Add to the mix a few tablespoons of chicken broth and wipe the mass through a sieve, combine the broth.
Warm soup on a water bath before applying, in each plate put a piece of bread fried in butter.
