Milk soup with noodles and chicken
100 g chicken
5 g butter
? glass milk
2 Art. l. vermicelli
1 h. l. flour
Boil the chicken, put it in boiling water for 10-15 minutes over moderate heat, then get out of the broth, cool slightly and twist in a meat grinder or chop in a blender.
Put the pasta in the boiling broth, cook for 5-7 minutes, add the chicken, bring to a boil again.
Dissolve the flour into the milk, pour in the soup, again bring to a boil, boil for about a minute, turn off the heat.
Before serving in the milk soup with noodles and chicken add vegetable oil.
