3 glass beef broth
0,5 glass milk
1 egg yolk
? city rolls
2 tsp. butter
salt
Skip the liver through a meat grinder.
White bread soaked in milk, to connect with twisted liver, add the egg yolk, butter, dissolve all the boiling broth, add salt, cook soup 5-6 minutes
RUB the soup with liver through a sieve, heat, add parsley before serving.
