Stew soup with liver
375 g Carrot;
375 g Liver;
50 g Margarine;
Parsley
1 pcs. Onion (large);
750 g Potato;
salt and pepper (to taste)
"Stew liver":
We shall cut carrot slices and liver cubes and mix. Simmered in hot margarine finely chopped onion, add the chopped circles or diced raw potatoes and liver mixture and season with spices and fill with boiling water until it lightly covered all products. Cook until tender in a sealed container. At the request refuel starch or flour and refried sprinkling parsley.
