Tender cutlets from the liver
800 g chicken liver
2 cloves of garlic
1 onions
1 carrot
1 egg
? glass sour cream
2 Art. l. flour
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
Rinse well the liver, remove veins, mince 2 times.
Grate carrots, finely chopped garlic and onions, combine with the liver, stir, add the egg and flour, salt and mix thoroughly.
Spread minced liver to the pan with a spoon, fry patties tender liver on both sides, pour sour cream before serving.
