Cutlets from the liver
500 g beef liver
1 onions
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 egg
salt and pepper
The liver mince with onion and garlic. Add the egg, salt and pepper, stir. Tablespoon spread on a frying pan. Fry in sunflower oil on both sides until a delicious crust. On a side dish you can cook what most enjoy.
