Soup with chicken liver
120 g chicken liver
1 onions
1 clove of garlic
1 glass beef broth
2 glass chicken broth
4 Art. l. rice
2 h. l. vegetable oil
parsley
ground black pepper
salt
Beef and chicken broth to connect, bring to a boil, add the rice and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes.
Add onion and garlic to the soup. Liver washed and chopped, add to the soup and cook for 10 minutes over low heat, pepper and salt.
Before serving, fill the soup with chopped herbs.
