Mashed potatoes "Butch"
400 g celery
350 g potatoes
120 g the pulp of boiled chicken
4 tsp. olive oil
1 the bunch of parsley
Boil the potatoes in salted water, RUB through a sieve hot.
Cut into pieces celery, fry it in butter, pour 2 tbsp. of water, simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. The flesh of the chicken into cubes, add the celery, simmer for another 10 minutes, add the finely chopped parsley, skip the mass through a meat grinder.
Combine mashed potatoes, mix well, heat and add remaining oil.
