Casserole of offal
1 kg offal
2 bulbs
taste roots
4 Art. l. oils
500 g boiled potatoes
1 glass sour cream
1 egg
salt
ground pepper
Washed offal dipped in boiling water and cook on low heat. Add the cleaned onion, parsley root and celery salt. Cooked meat removed from the broth with vegetables skip through a meat grinder.
In a greased form put layers of sliced boiled potato slices, prepared meat, etc., ending the potatoes. All pour a mixture of sour cream or milk with egg, pepper and finely chopped greens. Bake in the oven. Serve directly in the form.
