Components:
1-1.2 kg beef
2 carrots
1 parsley root
1 celery root
1 onion

Wash the meat and pour cold water 4l, bring to a boil, all the while removing the foam, and cook over low heat until cooked meat. Carrots, onions and celery and parsley roots cleaned and cut into slices (all except onions) and cook until soft. Ready broth.
