Components:

1 carrot

1 kg beef with bone

1 parsley root

1 celery

1 onion

pepper, Bay leaf, allspice, salt, cloves, parsley

Beef cut into large pieces, cover with cold water, bring to a boil and cook over low heat, all the while removing the foam, within the 30-HV. Wash vegetables, coarsely chop and add to the broth and cook for another hour, add salt, add spices and cook until tender. Meat is to be removed, separated from the bones and put back in the broth. Serve the broth with bread, toast or small pasta, sprinkle with parsley.
