Turkey broth
Components:
1 carrot
1 kg turkey
1 onion
1 celery root
1 2 bay leaves
black pepper
salt, dill and parsley
Turkey, rinse, cover with cold water and cook for 20 minutes, znimayuy foam. After that, remove the meat, rinse in cold water, cut into pieces, and the broth through a dense sieve into another saucepan. Add the strained broth meat, peeled and chopped carrots, onions and celery, salt, spices and cook until tender. In the end, add chopped greens. Serve with boiled rice or pasta.
