1 PCs onions;
1 PCs carrots;
parsley

When the water boils, remove the foam and continue to cook on a moderate fire. To add more flavor and appatichnosti add the broth chopped carrot, onion and parsley and continue cooking on low heat for an hour and a half. At the final stage broth to drain, add salt and spices to taste.
