Chicken broth (recipes for pressure cookers)
Components:
1 kg 1 chicken (about weight)
1.5 l water
1 onion
2 Medium sized carrots
0.5 celery root
salt and pepper
Wash the chicken, cut into pieces, cover with cold water, bring to a boil in the clear, add the peeled whole onion, peeled and chopped carrots and celery, cover and put on fire. As soon as the valve hiss, reduce the heat to low. Cook 30 minutes. Serve with chopped greens and boiled noodles.
