Mashed chicken with celery
100 g Chicken fillet;
100 ml Chicken broth;
5 g Butter;
One celery root
1 g Salt 25%
Chicken fillet boil, cool and twice mince, rub through a fine sieve. Adding little weight broth, salt solution and the oil, and carefully Stir the lid on low heat to bring almost to boiling.
