Salad with celery, chicken, bread crumbs and onions
500 g root celery
250 g boiled chicken
100 g onions
50 ml olive oil
1 packaging crackers
Celery cleaned, cut into thin strips, or RUB on a grater for Chinese carrots.
Chop the onion half-rings, oil to fry, then allow to cool and mix with celery.
Chicken chop, combine with other ingredients, add the breadcrumbs, season it with olive oil and serve with a salad made with celery, chicken, bread crumbs and onions to the table.
