Salad with beans and celery
200 g beans
100 g tomato paste
100 g vegetable oil
2 head onions
1 celery root
vinegar
bay leaves
sugar
salt
pepper
greens
tomatoes for processing
Chop the onion into half rings, fry in butter until tender.
Celery rubbed on a grater for Korean carrot or cut into thin bars.
Pre-soaked beans in water to boil, allow to cool, or you can use canned beans in tomato sauce.
Connect with beans celery, tomato paste, sugar, salt, onion, pepper and stir.
Lay out a salad with beans and celery in a salad bowl, decorated with slices of tomato, chill before serving.
