Chicken broth for children's meals
250 ml Water;
80 g Chicken;
10 g Carrot;
5 g Onion;
10 g Celery root;
10 g Parsley root;
Salt
Chicken cook until half cooked over low heat, then add the chopped carrots, onions, celery and parsley, salt, and cook until done. When you are ready, a little broth cool and strain through a sterile gauze.
