Sorrel soup (recipes for pressure cookers)
Components:
3 potatoes
1 carrot
2 beam sorrel
1.5 l broth
4 Hard Boiled Eggs
sour cream
salt, pepper, herbs
In the hot broth put diced potatoes, carrot slices and chopped sorrel, pour hot broth, salt and pepper, cover and put on fire. As soon as the valve hiss, reduce the heat to low. Cooking 12hv. Serve with sour cream, herbs and cut into 4 pieces of egg.
