Green soup with radish
Components:
300 g sorrel
1 carrot
2 potatoes
1 pepper
1 bunch of radishes
4 Hard Boiled Eggs
1 l broth
salt, sugar, pepper, herbs
Potatoes cut into cubes, carrots and radishes - slices, pepper - diced. Sorrel and herbs finely chopped. In the boiling broth to put carrots and potatoes and cook until tender. Add sorrel, parsley, salt, sugar and pepper, bring to a boil and remove from heat. Cool the soup and whisk blender. Serve, adding to each plate radish, pepper and slices of boiled eggs.
