Green cabbage
Ingredients:
600 g spinach
270 g sorrel
400 g potato
80 g parsley root
80 g onion
80 g green onion
50 g margarine
2 pcs. egg
100 g sour cream
120 g greens
1.6 l broth or water
salt
pepper
bay leaves
Spinach and sorrel sorted out, cut the stem and pripuskayut individually to keep them green spinach with a little water, and sorrel - in its own juice. Ready vegetables rubbed with juice.
Parsley, onions and chives cleaned and finely cut. Parsley and onion in margarine Passer without changing the color for 5-7 minutes, add green onions and warm up for 2-3 minutes.
Potatoes are cleaned and cut into cubes with an edge of 1 cm.
In the boiling broth lay the potatoes, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes, then add the browned vegetables, pureed spinach and sorrel. Cook for another 10-15 minutes, seasoned, bring to a boil, and insist 15 minutes on the edge of the plate with the lid closed.
When submitting a soup put half a hard-boiled eggs, sour cream and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
