300 g sorrel

4 glass chicken broth

3-4 pcs. potato

1 pcs. onion

2 pcs. boiled eggs

1 Art. l. wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show

2 Art. l. butter

1/2 glass sour cream

Salt to taste

Potatoes cut into cubes, put in boiling salted broth and simmer for 15 minutes.

Onions chop and saut on the part of oil. Put the broth and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the remaining oil in the fried small amount of broth diluted flour, bring to a boil.

Put the chopped sorrel, finely chopped herbs and green onions and cook until tender.

Serve the soup with a slice of eggs, sour cream and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
