500 g marinated seaweed

400 g pork - pulp

3 Potatoes - Club

300 g sorrel

2 onions - head

2 Art. l. vegetable oil

1.5 l bone broth

1/4 h. l. ground black pepper


4 h. l. sour cream

2 pcs. boiled egg

Prepare bone broth.

Pork wash, remove the film and tendons, cut into cubes, lightly fry in hot oil part.

Chop the onion straws, saut in remaining oil.

Sorrel loop through, remove large stalks, wash, cut into strips. Drain marinade from seaweed. Sorrel and cabbage simmered in broth 2 tablespoons 3-5 minutes.

Connect pork, onions, cabbage and sorrel. Tushite10 minutes.

Potato slice.

In the boiling broth to put the potatoes, bring to a boil, remove the foam and cook for 10-15 minutes at a low boil. Add stewed foods, salt, pepper and cook until tender meat.

When serving, place the cream and half a boiled egg.
