What products are needed:

500 g marinated seaweed

400 g pork (pulp)

3 potato tuber

300 g sorrel

2 onions

2 tablespoon of vegetable oil

1.5 l bone broth

1/4 h. l. ground black pepper

4 h. l. sour cream

2 boiled eggs

Salt to taste

Cook bone broth. Wash pork, tendons and remove the foam, cut it into cubes and fry (not much) in hot oil. Bow at this time to chop and fry strips. Sorrel sort out, wash, remove stalks and cut into large strips. Then poured the marinade from seaweed. Sorrel and lower a little cabbage in two tablespoons of broth for 3-5 minutes. Combine onion, pork, cabbage and sorrel. Simmer all 10 minutes. Then takes over potatoes: cut it into slices, put in boiling broth, bring it to a boil, remove the foam and cook for 10-15 minutes at a low boil. Add the stewed products, pepper, salt and cook until cooked meat. When submitting spread all plates, put sour cream and half a boiled egg. Bon Appetite!
