Green sorrel soup - 2
Components:
3 potatoes
2 beam sorrel
0.5 glass sour cream
1.5 l vegetable broth
2 Hard Boiled Eggs
2 cloves of garlic
1 Art. l. flour

salt, pepper, herbs
sugar to taste
Clean the potatoes, wash and cut into cubes, leaves to sort and rinse thoroughly. Potatoes dipped in boiling broth and cook 10-12hv, sorrel cut into strips and add to the soup and cook 2hv, salt and pepper, add sugar. Grind flour with sour cream and pour into the soup, bring to a boil, add the garlic squeezed and remove from heat. Serve with cool boiled egg and greens.
