Dessert jelly "Forest Fairy Tale"
500 ml clarified apple juice
glass ? soda water "Tarragon"
300 berries (raspberries, gooseberries, strawberries, blackberries, sea buckthorn, grapes)
20 g gelatin
1 Art. l. sugar
1 h. l. starch
Soak the gelatine in cold water, fold it to the screen, connect with a small amount of sugar and juice, bring to a boil stirring constantly, cool, connect with the rest of the juice.
Place the washed berries into a form to fill cooked apple jelly, refrigerate until gelling.
To prepare the sauce combine "Tarragon" starch, bring to boil and cool.
Before serving dessert jelly "Forest Fairy Tale" in the form dipped in hot water, then spread on a dish of jelly, sauce poured around.
