Apple-buckthorn jelly
200 g apples
2 Art. l. sea buckthorn
3 Art. l. sugar
1 Art. l. starch
5 glass water
Apples, peel and core, rub on a small grater.
Buckthorn mixed with a tablespoon of sugar, rub. Add a glass of water, stir, squeeze the juice.
Pomace from sea buckthorn and peel apples pour boiling water, boil for 5 minutes and strain. Place the remaining sugar in the broth, pureed apple and bring to a boil.
Starch dilute the juice of sea buckthorn, stirring, pour it into the boiling mixture. Once the mixture comes to a boil again, remove it from the heat.
