Sea buckthorn jelly
2,5 glass water
2 glass sea buckthorn
glass ? sugar
2 tbsp. potato starch
Berry to sort, wash, clean, through a sieve to wipe.
Pour in a pan of hot water, add sugar, stir and bring the syrup to a boil, pour diluted in water starch, again bring to a boil.
Add in pudding sea buckthorn puree, stir.
Before serving, sea buckthorn jelly to cool.
