Baked potato with broccoli
500 g broccoli
200 g grated cheese
4 potato tuber
2 h. l. starch
? h. l. mustard
glass ? beer
red pepper
salt
Bake the potatoes on the grill until done. Boil the cabbage.
Combine mustard, beer and starch, and pepper and bring to a boil, add the cheese and mix.
On the one hand on each potato tubers make an incision crosswise, loosen the outside peel, cut in to lay the stuffing out of the sauce and broccoli.
