Potatoes, stewed with broccoli (2)

3 pcs. potato

100 g broccoli

2 pcs. tomatoes

1 onions - head

1 garlic - clove

3 Art. l. vegetable oil

1 glass vegetable broth

1/2 h. l. dried thyme

1/2 h. l. dried oregano

spices - to taste

Potatoes, onions and garlic cut into cubes, broccoli into florets disassemble. Tomatoes and pour over boiling water, peel, cut into cubes.

Saut onion and garlic in butter, add the potatoes, broccoli and cook the vegetables for 5 minutes. Then put the tomatoes, pour the broth, simmer for 10 minutes. Add the bay leaf, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper and cook for another 5 minutes.
