Vegetable soup with smoked ribs
Components:
300 g smoked ribs
5 potatoes
2 pepper
1 g the head of broccoli (500g)
1 onion
2,5 l water
1 tbsp. ground sweet paprika
salt, pepper, dried Basil, fresh parsley
vegetable oil
Potatoes, cut into large cubes, onion - small, pepper - julienne. Broccoli divide into florets. Onions and fry oil until Golden brown. Ribs, cover with water and cook for 30 minutes, add the potatoes, and after 5 min - broccoli, peppers and fried onions. Pepper and salt the soup, add the wig, Basil and cook until tender. Serve the soup with fresh chopped parsley.
